My Child Has Difficulties Learning To Read

If a child without a learning disability has difficulties learning to read, does that mean the child has a low intelligence level or low mental capacity?

Hi.. Reduced learning, reading and writing abilities does not mean a child has low mental capacity.. Your child may be good at many other things.. He would need little bit more training.. concentrate on that.. If his learning abilities are very grossly affected, then you can consult your doctor for evaluation...
