The report shows that your cholesterol and triglycerides are high also the LDL is high which is not good for your heart. You will have to take a very restricted diet where you have to avoid fried;fatty food completely and shift on a preferably vegetarian diet and in case of non veg food you can have white meat like chicken;fish but no red meat. Also get examined you BP and consult a Physician and he may prescribe you medicines for reducing cholesterol. You will have to follow strict diet restrictions and do regular exercises especially you have to walk daily for 1 hour.
