my gums are swollen twice d heighht of teeth. I cannot chew anything... And also it is paining a lot. Can you suggest me anything. my sore of left teeth has swollen up that i cannot chew anything. Its just double of my teeth and also paining a lot.

Gingival enlargement could be due to various reasons- Drugs for hypertension, epilepsy could result in gingival enlargement.Leukemia can result in gingival enlargement, Presence of calculus results in an inflammed gingiva. So pl consult your dentist at the earliest.
u should use mouth wash like listerine or any other trusted brand and zytee for mouth
u should not use tooth brush use ur hand if problem persist then consult a dentist near about you!

First of all I need to know wether you are using any medications , like for epilepsy,or hypertension and any thing else continuosly
second please do a complete blood examination, with hemoglobin, white blood cell count,and blood smear examination.
please continue the medication as advised but send the reports as soon as possible,
