As a victim of a silent heart attack - Go ahead and go to an Emergency Room and get checked out. Heart attacks don't always come in the Fred Sanford variety. Let someone else drive. It's far far better go and have them tell you everything is OK than to not go and end up in Heart Failure or dead. People tend to deny heart problems are happening. Note added a day later: Are you OK?
