Hi. The Lab values you have mentioned are high, so you have been prescribed these medicines. Dyslipidemia is of course controllable. Please do not discontinue the medicines without your doctor's advice and also you need to have lot of physical activity. i suggets you take up brisk walking at for 45 mins 3 days a week. Take care of your diet and repeat the tests after consulting your doctor. If you do not take care now it might cause serious complications.

HI
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum
The medication you have been prescribed is for lowering cholesterol, however dietary control is a must. You will have to modify your diet with respect to sugar, salt & fat..yes all 3.
In addition to keep your heart out of danger, activity like soprts/exercise/yog (esp pranayaam) is must. Activity will reduce the blood cholesterol and sugar levels and boost your metabolism.
Please take help of a professional in your city for Deit planning and fitness advice/supervisioin.
Keep in touch with your dr. and do the tests - lipid profile, blood sugar , measuremnt of blood pressure regulary.
Reducing stress, anxiety, alcohol, smoking helps a LOT.

Takecare.
