9yr old presents with hurts when urinating, swollen left testical with lump, fluid present, and urinalysis shows blood in urine . No injury to report, fine 12 to 24 hrs previous.

swelling in the testical in children may be due to congenital hydrocele or hernia which needs surgery and blood in urine analysis may be due to UTI consult your doctor.
