Nausea, Upset Stomach, Shaky, Pricking All Over Body, Pain Over Heart. Possible Cause?
36 year old otherwise fit and healthy male. Woke up feeling nauseas with an upset stomach . Began shaking uncontrollably (the shaking was better when he moved around) after throwing up. Became very cold , pins and needles all over body and pain over his heart area. I took him to casualty where they cleared him but would like to know the possible causes of the above?

This appears to be an episode of acute Gastritis.
This might have been induced by any food or alcohol or any other pathology of the stomach.
For evaluation he may need an Endoscopy of the upper GI tract in the symptoms do not subside.
In that case he may need a Gastroentrologist consultation.
