Hi!! doc, me a 54 old male with 72kg, 171cm. my recent bio chemistry as follows s.chol 218, s.trigly 88, s.hdl 54, s.ldl 146, s.vldl 18, blood urea 39, s.creatin 1.2, sgot 42, sgpt 51 hba1c 5.2 tsh 1.24 i do not drink/smoke/junk food, have some hernia problem otherwise healthy. pls offer your inference. thank you vivek

hi, you have normal biochemistry. your lipid profile is normal, your renal function test is also normal. sgot, sgpt also near normal, hba1c indicates your last three month blood sugar it suggest you are non diabetic, youe thyroid hormon level is also normal. overall your all profile is normal. no need to worry. just consult your doctor take treatment of your hernia.
