Sir i m a 23 year unmaried female microbiology student.My history(Hx) is as follow. 1)100(F) temp. From 15 days(constant low grade fever. 2)weakness 3)fine tremors of hand 4)hair fall 5)occasional burning of micturation 6)occasional increase heart rate 7)firt there was diarhea,then normal and now constipation. 8)visual irritability,weak eye sight 9)normal menses 10)pulse 100 11)no difficulty in swallowing 12)no swollen neck 13)hair fall sir help me i shall be very thank ful.
