Need Medication For Back Acne
hi, i am 19 years old male. i used to get a lot of back acne. i didnt really use any medication for it but the acne have dissappeared now but it has left dark brown spots all over my back. i'm told it will fade over time but it has been about 4 months and i havent seen any improvement

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this may not be acne but could be some kind of skin lesion and let me tell you that all the skin manifestation demands the clinical examination because this is art of looking for the dermatologist, I would suggest to apply "Diphenhydramine lotion" if the symptoms persist then it is advisable to see the dermatologist, take care and have a nice day.
