Need Treatment For Cough, Fever And Nose Bleeding
My four year old has had a cough for a few days now, and today she developed a fever of 104.2 I gave her childrens motrin and it came down to 102.7 now she has a nose bleed..should I contineu to give her motrin in an attempt to get her fever down or should I take her to the ER?

I had gone through your concerns, she has very high hypertermia, you can give her Motrin one more time, but I advice you take her to ER and get examinations: blood, urine tests,X-ray of chest to exclude sever conditions.
