Need Your Advice To Use Norethisterone To Delay Periods?

I want to delay my periods this week as i m moving on vacation .Possibly my periods would start 10th or 12 th of every month .I would see Norethisterone Tablets BP 5mg prescribed in net over review column.Can u please tell me how long i need to consume this tablet ,Let me know the tablet count per day ,before or after meals.FYI ,I m going to use this for very first time.

You can take norethisterone 5 mg three times a day half an hour after meals and start taking it at least 5 days before the expected date of the periods. You can continue it as long as you want to delay the periods.
