Needle Pinching Pain & Inflammation On Left Abdomen Preceded By Diarrhea In A Diabetic On Insulin. What Kind Of Medicine Would Help?

pinches like needles pain on left side of abdomen more to side feel slightly burning skin (weird), left side ovary slight pain, had diarrhea few days ago could this be appenditicis or pancreas infection . I am currently on insulin as diabetic sugar has been high think probably have infection. What kind of medication will a doctor prescribe for this pain?

It is important to get a proper clinical review first under this circumstance. Abdominal pain in diabetics most of the time is usually due to uncontrolled blood glucose levels. It is proper to get a proper fasting blood glucose, screen for any probable infections and do an abdominal ultrasound if necessary as per results of the clinical review. Kind regards
