Negative Pregnancy Tests. Spotting. Do Not Want Pregnancy

Took three pregnacy tests one that was on September 30th, the next on oct 11th and the next one on oct 14th all negative but did the cup method not peeing on it....my period was due on Sept 24th have had spotting on and off since the 24th and cant get into doctor til november 1st and im 48 and surely dont want to be pregnant

Thanks for the query.
If all the tests are negative, please do not worry as it is less likely to be pregnancy. This may be due to the perimenopausal period where menses become irregular due to lowering of hormonal levels. Some women may experience menses every 2-3 months, some have spotting intermittently, while some may find that suddenly there are no periods.
Use some contraceptive measure while you are still menstruating. The chances of pregnancy are low after 45 but not zero so contraception is better used.

At present it does not seem like pregnancy. Wait till you see your doctor and dont worry till then.
