Neurofibromatosis With Small Tumors. Chances Of Total Cure Or Suppressing Tumor Growth?
my brother is 28 years old.he is patient of Neurofibromatosis.his tumors are small.is that totally curable or can any more tumor growth be stopped totally ? i live in Bangladesh.so I decided to go to india for better treatment.is there a good specialist in kalkata ? how many days this is gonna take for full treatment ? what about the cost ?

is it generalised???????????
if generalised the outcome is poor
localised neurofibroma can be treated surgically
u ve to also search for other associated findings with neurofibromas
need to investigate more sply a brain MRI required
dont worry
many patient live with neurofibroma normally if there is no other associated problem

Hello.Neurofibromatosis is unfortunately incurable.The tumors are known to grow at variable pace.Even a prolonged treatment wont help to resolve all tumors.Only tumors which are causing symptoms can be surgical removed.Hope that answers your question.Cost of treatment can be extremely variable.Thank you.
