No Improvement In Shoulder Pain Since Months Of Injury. Is This Curable After A Long Gap Of Time?
Hii ! Sir ! i d met with an accident before 3 months & my right shoulder was hurted so badly tah i was not able 2 move it. I had done X-ray & it was all rig8. Doctor had asked me 2 do MRI after that but i neglected because my pain was decreasing so fastly dat i started moving my hand within a week. My pain decreases up 2 some level & stopped.. As i workout regularly i thought the pain will go , but 1 months passed i din t find any improvement. I jst want2 know if this problem can b cure after so many days??

As you had mentioned that Xray done was normal so that means it rules fracture of the joint.
Your shoulder joint pain might have got worsened after you did workout. So if you have pain now in shoulder joint than stop doing exercise for sometime.
Give rest to the shoulder joint. Avoid lifting heavy weight for sometimes.
Apply Ice locally in the area of pain.
Try this for four to five days & if still there is no improvement in the pain than you should visit your doctor.

I think, you suffered some injury to mascular or tendinious portion of shoulder thats why you are having recurrrent pain.
Just go for MRI study as your doctor advised. Give rest to arm till dignosis. Otherwise problem may worsen.Problem cam be cure at this also ,dont worry.
