No Periods, Spotting. Taking Diet Pills. Pregnancy Tests Negative. Advice?

Hi, i haven't had my period for 2 month now, but when my friends and hang out a lot my period skips to meet with theirs. But lately both my friends were late but had theirs. I am still waiting on mine it was supposed to come on the 24, but on 30 when i was wiping i spotted blood i thought it was my period, but it went away. I am very worried. I also have been taking diet pills, so i stop taking them because i think they might have been affecting my body. I have taken pregnancy tests ...they are all negative

When you are on a weight losing programme, it is common to have irregular periods. The delay in periods is likely to be due to acute weight loss and not pregnancy.
