No Weight Gain In 3.5 Year Old, Normal Diet, Frequent Cough And Cold, Improve With Growth?

My daughter 3.5 years is not gaining weight sumhow. its been steady since a year almost.around 12. she takes her diet regularly in quite considerable amount.. she eats eggs , vegtables milk fruits..no junk food. Also shez very frquently affilated wth cold n cough .her pediatrist said dis problem would fade away when turns 3 or so but sumtimes i really worry

There is wide variation in normal weight of children. If she is active and playful I do not think there is any need to worry. Make sure you give drugs for worms regularly and she is not anemic. If she has prolonged fever or cough she needs further investigation.
