Not Able To Eat Due To A Painful Lump In The Tongue. Pain In The Jaw, Gums, Ear And Neck. What Could It Be?
I have a hard lump inside (not on top or under) my tongue . It hurts to talk, eat, swallow ect. And its causing my teeth , gums, jaw, ear and neck to hurt. When I squish/pinch it between my fingers its very hard and a little mobileBut not much I do not have a fever or nausea , its not discolored or swollen just a painful lump what could this be?

You should consult with general surgeon and should go for thorough check up.
There could be possibility of fibroma. lipoma and ranula formation (a type of cyst).
Exact diagnosis can only be made only after examination.
