PRESENT USG REVEALS A WELL DEFINED MULTILOCULAR CYSTIC LESION MEASURING 32 * 20 MM IN THE LEFT SUBMANDIBULAR SPACE JUST MEDIAL TO THE SUBMANDIBULAR GLAND . IT IS INSEPARABLE FROM THE LEFT SUBMANDIBULAR GLAND AT PLACES. MOST LIKELY POSSIBILITY IS SEROMA. THERE ARE MULTIPLE REACTIVE CERVICAL NODES. NOW WHAT WILL BE THE TREATMENT?
