Not Feeling Well, Paracetamol, Vicks Action 500, Eryocin 500plus

I am not feeling well for last 5 days. Took sumo medicine and paracetamol , no fever but feeling very week. Cannot go to wrk, I am planning to take Vick action 500 three times a day and anibiotic ERYOCIN500plus. Is it fine or I should not take.

If after taking these medications you do not feel better , its reccomended that you consult a physician and get a blood test done.
