Number Of Moles On Neck, Squeezed, Feels Gooey. Should I Worry?

I have a large and small moles (all bunched together in one spot) in the back of my neck. I've had it as long as I can remember but I am not sure if I had it as a child. Recently I started to mess with it (squeezing it) and the next day it felt like a scab had formed and it feels gooey around the mole. It has no color but it does feel oily. Should I be worried?
