hi am sudeshna,am 26 years old female and having 4 months old baby am having early morning stiffness in left hand fingers and numbness in hands and legs and pain in hands also.right now am working as an architect in a firm for 10 hrs pls tell me a sollution for my problem

As you are 4 months postpartum, you should improve your dietary status-- take daily iron & calcium supplementation with good diet & fruits. Also ensure adequate sleep & rest, as you are working hard. If it doesnot solve your problem, please consult a good physician. Good luck.
