Numbness And Stiffness In Lower Body, Memory Loss, Short Breath, Palpitations. Taking Insulin For Diabetes

Hi, wish I cn say I am well. Daddy very sick...lower abdomen(from waist to feet) t functioning. Numb and stiff. He's diabetic and uses insulin. Been to a doctor 4 times already this month and they cnt really tell what may be wrng.he sometimes suffers loss of memory and talks like someone who is loosing it. Short breath and paplitations. He can not control his urine either and can't hold anything with his hands. Depends on people to do a simple thing as injecting himself with insulin.We really dnt knw what to do nw.

Since, how many day, your father having diabetes?
Now , what is the age of patient?
Lipid profiles, serum creatinine, blood sugar level, are very important.
It is very hard to diagnose as this history ,which , you mentioned is incomplete.
If possible upload various reports ,there after , it will be possible to make diagnosis.
