Hi , I am indranil sinha , I will be very much grateful to you kindly let me have some information on my concern . my question is if one man usually obstruct his urination intentionally for a long time [it could be said habitually !] then the PC muscle gets hampered or gets looser so that it may hamper in PC muscle function for controlling sperm ejaculation earlier ! kindly let me know for this Thanks indranil sinha
Hello Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been trying to hold on passing urine a intentionally and worried about that it may damage your muscles in penis and weaken ejaculation.
By holding on passing urine you are inhibiting contraction of the bladder muscle and it does not act on muscles of the penis (Bulbospongiosus and Ischiocavernosus muscles) which are involved in process of Ejaculation. Dr.Patil.
