Occasional Nausea, Eating Regular Meals

I have this on a regular basis where I m fine then out of know where I feel sick. My stomach can t decide if I m going to throw up or do the other thing. I sit on the toilet and wait. It comes out of know where. It has already happened twice this week. The first time I ate about 4 hours earlier, this time 11 hours ago. Both meals where not out of my dietary realm. I am a male, 25.

Hi Mike,

It seems like an acute intestinal colitis. Do not worry, it is an acute problem and it can be resolved completely.

Make sure you do not consume food from outside, no canned and processed food as well.

You can take probiotics for some time; yoghurt is a rich natural source of probiotic. You may take this.

If your symptoms do not improve, you can probably take a course of metronidazole tablet to take care of any anaerobic infection in combination with Fluroquinolone group of drugs.

Wait and watch for 2 to 3 days. You may then consult your primary care physician for a prescription of this.

Get well soon.

Regards,
