Oily And Acne Prone Skin, Scars, Red Patches. Any Side Effects Or Rosasea?

I am 25 yr old indian male. I have oily and acne prone skin. After a particularly bad breakout involving acne over my cheeks, neck and forehead, I developed multiple scars on my face. I started using Tretinoin and clindamycin gel over my face.. It has worked well for 1 year. I also use brite cream( Hydroquinone with Oxybenzone and octinoxate) before going out into the sun and wash it off when i get back... 3 days before I have noticed that there are 3 reddish patches near the nasal bridge over my forehead. The patches looks like reddish stretch marks as well( My BMI is 28). Im really concerned if I am developing a side effect or something like rosasea....Please help

Hi i think red streak like patches over the forehead can be due to side effect of tretinion.it can be treated by application of moisteriser along with tretinion cream at night.usually acne rosasea occurs on cheeks rather than forehead.take vitamin e supplementation
