Oily Skin, Pimples In Face Leaving Dark Marks. Relief With Maxthral, Clinmyskin, Azithral, Acmed. Solution?
Hello Doctor, I am Santosh and 28 yrs old, i have an oily skin, from past 2 to 3 years i facing with pimples on my face, and these pimples leaves a dark marks over my face due to which my skin blemished. I have consulted Dermatologist where Dr. has given few tablets (Maxthral 500 mg), then many cream such as clinmyskin, azithral etc. etc. and also suggested me to use acne facewash gel (Acmed).But still i am able to see any difference in my marks. Kindly suggest me.

In my opinion first of all find out the reason of such acne .No doubt you are taking good drugs and also effective lotion and maxthral tablet.
Reason of such type of acne may be.
1 Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease or PCOD as this is the most common cause in young female ( child bearing age i.e.28 years). Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of both ovaries .
2 Hormonal imbalance , diagnosis can be confirmed by blood examination for estrogen , androgen , F SH /L H ratio.
3 Excessive greasy food, spicy food,junk food and tension ( stress ) are other causes of acne , so avoid these .
In my opinion consult a gynecologist and get his opinion.
