I get scared and I stay awake as Long as i can till I get so tired I fall asleep.. I was diagnosed with R.A in August 2013 recently been taking Methotrexate and piroxicam . I dont know if piroxicam could have this side affect. Ive only been taking Methotrexate One month. This happend a few times in past months but I have to say this is becoming a problem.
Hello, These symptoms seems to be not due to these drugs. It may be due to the Rheumatiod Arthritis you are suffering from. Because Rheumatiod arthritis is known to affect the Blood vessels and Heart. People with RA are at High risk of Heart attack and Heart failure.
Thus do the following investigation and consult a cardiologist 1. X- Ray chest 2. Electrocardiogram 3. Echocardiogram 4. Tread mill test
Hope this helps. Please write back for further queries. Wishing you good health.
