On Copper IUD. Nausea, Vomitting Before Period Last Month. Delayed Periods This Month. Reason?
Hello I've been on the iud the copper one for almost 5 years my periods have always been very heavy and I've had them every month. Last month I was nauseous and vomited right before my period it was light and only lasted a couple of days. This month I am 7 days late and the past few days I've been waking up with a headache that lasts all day. Could it be anything else besides pregnant?

In my opinion you are not pregnant. Still you have any doubt , please get in home pregnancy test.
As you stated that there is IUD from last 5 years and there is irregular bleeding , may be due to .
1 Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease ( PCOD) , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of both ovaries.
2 Fibroid in uterus , this is one of the most common cause , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of uterus.
3 Hormonal imbalance , diagnosis can be confirmed by evaluation of estrogen , estradiol, androgen, F S H/ L H ratio.
In my opinion first of all consult a gynecologist and get his opinion .
