On Losartan And Losartan Pot. How Do We Indentify Them?

My husband and I both take Losartsan, his is pot tab 100mg, mine is Losartan pot/hctz tab 100 mg, we order from the same pharmacy and I think I put his pills in my bottle, the three pills are 1 yellow flat oblong pill with the numbers 0000 and APO, the second is yellow oblong with the numbers 93 and 7368 and the third is round white with the numbers Z5 and 390, I need to know which ones are his so I can separate and put in his bottle.

Hi
Pity that you mixed the two preparations( losartan and losartan with hctz) togather. To know and separate those knowing the manufacturer is essential. For that you better go to drug store from where you purchased those and purchased again and open and see the difference and then separate those and put in place for further use. Funny is not it ?
