One Neck Gland Bigger Than The Other, Sore, Dizziness, Nausea, Diarrhea, Temperature 38.4. Advise?

Hi, both my glands were up last week, but slowly they've gone back down. However, yesterday I noticed that one is bigger than ever and is extremely sore. I have a temperature of 38.4, I keep going dizzy, have pangs of nausea, and can't seem to leave the toilet because I have quite severe diorrhea. What do you think might be wrong?

Hi there ~

I understand your concern. It is highly likely that you are having a viral throat infection, which is making your condition this way. It is not uncommon to have the symptoms that you are having i.e. dizziness, pangs of nausea and fever with increased size of your lymph nodes in that case. I advise you to see a doctor since it is very common to progress into a bacterial infection with lowered immunity from the viral infection. Getting antibiotics might be helpful. I hope this helps.
