Hello,
Your management involves healthy eating and regular aerobic and cardio exercises for atleast one hour a day.
Healthy eating means...
Avoiding junk foods like pizza, burger, noodles etc.
Avoiding sugary drinks and colas
Eating plenty of fresh fruits and green vegetables.
Avoiding transfats as they are present in cookies, chips,French fries etc.
Reducing saturated fats by avoiding butter, ghee etc
Avoiding red meat and taking only grilled chicken or fish.
Get your cholesterol, thyroid function tests done.
Control our BP with proper medication and reduction of intake of salt.
Thanks
