Overweight, Feels Uncomfortable. Medicine To Lose Weight?
I am a fifteen year old female. I am overweight and uncomfortable. I weigh around 246 and my height is around 5 6. Is there any way I could lose weight. My family dont have that nuch money to pay for gym membership or any of that stuff. I just want to be slim and fit and feel comfortable about myself. I have no type of self-confidence! What can I do?
Hello, I first of all want to know how u became over weight.. Is it due to false eating habit or sedentary lifestyle.. or some medical problems.. Get your gyne checkup.. u might be having PCOS if ur weight gain is in short duration.. rather than going to gyms and wasting money..u can start morning and evening walks.. if u have pet dog..it will be easier for u to follow schedule daily.then start jogging after few days of regular walk schedule will be easy and comfortable. and regarding eating habits..write down daily what u ate in your mobile..in exact amount.and frequency or time. u will konw within few weeks your diet is healthy or bad.. try to take small healthy uncooked meal in ur hunger cravings.. that is snacks.. and have healthy breakfast..that is necessity.. u must not skip it.. doing skipping is also good and dancing also, as u see in ur favourite channels.. u can burn calories.. without much tiredness. do any activity u enjoy..and burn the calories.. target weight loss uptill 5lb per week.. after initiall weight loss deep fat will be difficult to burn and that may require hard exercises.. U can loose weight by proper diet and exercises if no medical condition is responsible for them..
