Overweight, Low Energy Level. Healthy Lifestyle With No Junk Food, Not On Medication, Regualr Exercise. Any Ideas?

Hi, I don't understand why I'm overweight. I'm a 21 year old male, 5 9, and 225 pounds. I'm pretty strong and have a lot of muscle but I'm overweight and have been since childhood. I don't understand it because I eat healthily, no junk food or pop, plenty of water, small portions, I go to the gym 3 times a week, I have no medical issues, my blood work is always fine, no thyroid problems, healthy cholesterol and blood sugar levels, etc. I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs either, and I'm not on any meds. My energy level is also very low but I don't know if that's relevant. It doesn't seem as though I should be overweight, it's driving me nuts and I don't know what to do. Any ideas?

greetings.

being over weight.yeah sounds little concern in somepeoples eye.
anyways so thats true that you are eating good.
but try adding more proteins to yuor diet.
as by adding protein you actually tend to increase the BMR of your body.
the gymming is good.but what sort of exercises are you doing?
are you giving enough time to cardio exercises.
and try meditating for rising up your levels of energy.
hope it all helps.
