Overweight With Headache. Had High Blood Pressure During Childbirth.
My daughter is 23, had a baby last April had high bp at end of pregnancy and awhile after, but is better now. She is overweight . She has been having a headache a while now, but its not a regular headache it is like a pulseing place on the left side. Once it was after exercise but sometimes it just does it when doing nothing, she has taken bp when she has had it but was normal.

Let me tell you that a given medical problem can be due to various causes and the main objective is to establish the diagnosis. Headache can be due to various causes like brain tumor, infection, problems in the blood vessels of the brain, migraine, cluster headache and so on.
The possibilities in your case could be migraine, cerebral venous sunus thrombosis, headache secondary to high carbon dioxide concentration (Obstructive sleep apnea). Why i am suspecting the third cause is that obesity can lead to obstructive sleep apnea and people can have headache due to that.I have listed the possibilities based upon the limited medical data that you have provided.
She need medical and neurological evaluation.
After clinical evaluation, they will determine the need for a brain scan and if the requirement of polysomnography too.
She need her blood pressure to be controlled and regular exercises to reduce weight.
Please follow the local physicians, they wuill guide the way i have discussed
