Pain In Chest, Back And Neck, Weight Loss, Frequent Urination With History Of Esophagia And Reflux. Any Thoughts?

Hi, I was hoping someone could help me. My symptoms are chest pains, weight loss (20lb in 2 months), back pain, neck pain, and minor wooziness. Any idea as to what this might be? I have esophogia, and reflux. I can swallow food just fine, sometimes it does go down slowly. P.S. I am urinating more frequently than normal. I also have been having feelings of pins and needles in my arms and legs.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the anxiety neurosis. caused by the unexplained pains. You must be thinking that there is something wrong with your heart.
The possible causes may be the hypertension, cervical spondylosis, or oesophagitis as you had it before.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a M.R.I. for confirmation.
I usually to my patient with such symptoms, advise to have E.C.G, MRI neck, and gastroscopy, and esophagoscopy.and prescribe neurotropic injections, for 10 consecutive days. omeprazole, and diclophinac sodium.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
