Pain In Chest While Breathing Deeply. Normal Test Results, Given Muscle Relaxer. Recommendations?

I am having pain in my chest under the breast bone when I breath in deeply. It is similar to the feeling you get when breathing deeply after running. I was at the ER yesterday it hurt so badly. It seemed to worsen after I ate. They gave me a chest xray, ct scan with dye, a chest x ray and blood work. They said that there was no coronary problem found. They gave a muscle relaxer. That seemed to work until today when I exerted myself and seems to be starting again

Hi!
welcome to HCM!
This is probably nothing but muscular but any pain that is worsened with breathing deserves evaluation by a doctor and coronory problem must be ruled out.Good that no coronory problem was detected. You must take rest along with muscle relaxants and let the body recover.Take care!
