Pain In Foot And Toe, Heaviness In Leg. Nerve Test, Ultrasound And MRI Normal. What To Do?

I have had pain in my right foot for 4 years. It is on the right side and gets extreme by my little toe and just under the middle of the right side. I have seen 2 foot specialists and they both said forget about the pain and get on with my life. Noone has examined it for pain except a physiotherapist who said she has done all she can do. My right leg feels heavy and has pain on inside of the leg by calf, by knee and on top of the thigh. I have had nerve tests, ultra sounds and mri which showed nothing that needed immediate fixing. What can I do beside take Tylenol 3 with codeine for pain?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having some neuritic or muscular pain.
As all reports are normal, nothing is serious.
Go for injection B1, B6, B12, 10 shots.
Take B.complex with vitamin E.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D tablets.
Do some regular exercise.
Avoid sedentary life.
ok and take care.
