Pain In Hands, Feet, Inner Elbow. Unable To Diagnose. Diagnosed Hashimoto, THS Test Normal. Solution?

I have had pain in my hands, feed and now innerelbows for almost a year, and my PCP cannot figure out the reson. I have been to Rheumatologist also to no avail.

I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto's, but my THs tests come back ok. I don't know what to do. I live in RI and have been trying to find an auto immune disease specialist, but have not had luck yet.

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

I hope that test is TSH. The symptoms you are presenting along with hashimoto may be due to auto immune disorder. I suggest you to get checked for your blood sugar levels, T3, T4, parathyroid levels along with serum electrolytes like calcium level (Free calcium) and RFT. This may help us in right diagnosis for the cause.

For time being take Vitamin B complex copsules comtaining Vit B 6 and B 12, Pregabalin and calcium supplements along with NSAID like Ibuprofen 400mg for pain when required. This may help you.

Get back with the reports for diagnosis and further management.

Have adequate regular sleep, plenty of fluids, nutritious diet with required calorie and regular outdoor exercises for your wellbeing. Hope I answered your question. Consult your doctor for further management.
Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries or doubts and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Regards
