Pain In Head When Bending Over, Laughing, Sneezing. Problem?

Hi Dr. Keerthi,
I have started getting a pluthera of headaches lately. And most recently, like last week, I've noticed that I'm getting headaches when bending over, laughing, sneezing or any strenious activity that requires straining. Do you have any ideas what could be going on? This is quite unnerving. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Kim,
Thanks for using HCM.
Your symptoms may be due to sinuusitis or rarely due to raised Intra Cranial Tension. Do steam inhalation and salt warm water gargle and take NSAID like Paracetamol and anti histamine for head ache. Do regular exercises and proper nutritious diet. If pain persists or if you get fever then consult your doctor for examination and management.
Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Regards
Dr.Lohit
