Pain In Heel. History Of Foot Injury. Possible To Have Stone Bruising?

Thank you i have for a month had my right heal on my foot on right side fells like i have a nail in it i haft to work s o iv had to stay on it it seems to cum and go i am 54 year when i was 13 i was in a wreck and crush my foot on the inside i almost lost it it drained for 3 months this was on the inside of my foot i have went and am having some shoes made for my feet hoping this will help there not ready yet iv heard of stone bruseing is this possible what might i do i want to thank you again.

Greetings of the day
Get a Xray of the foot and if there is nail(Iron) it will definitely show up on X-ray, which can be removed. If there is no shadow of it on X-ray, no pain/swelling/discharge then nothing further is to be done, rest assured.
