Pain In Hip Area With Numbness In Hand When Lying Down, Frequent Urination, Breathlessness, Acid Reflux. Suggest

Hi! I am 45 yr. old female and at night while laying on my left side I have pain in my hip area in addition to tingling and hand is numb. when I awake and turn over the pain is still there. I constantly get up in middle of night to urinate there is no burning symptom. One night while in a local store I became light headed. Also, after eating and sitting up for a while to let food digest. I have found myself awakening gasping for air as if food eating earlier that day wants to come back up. I have had this acid taste in mouth after vomiting.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum .
May be due to ,
1 Pre menopause symptoms ( nausea, light headed tingling, gasping pain all over body
2 Hyper acidity ( overeating) nausea,vomiting sensation.
3 Pain in the left side from hip to leg is another disorder as may be due to compression of nerves at L4 ,L 5. For this X ray of Lumbosacral region will reveal the cause of disc ( vertebrae ) disease.
Consult an orthopaedician and get his opinion.
Physician/ gynae will help you in menopause syndrome .
Hope I have answered your question.
If further any question I will help.
Get well soon.
