Tubal Ligation Done With Tube With The Ovary Is Clipped. Experiencing Abdominal Pain, Weakness, Breast Tenderness. Chances Of Pregnancy?

Hello, I am 39, had a tubal ligation 15 yrs ago. I only have one ovarie, which was the case with my two daughters (17,15). I have had many intestinal surgeries and with one of them it was discovered that the tube without the ovarie was not clipped but the other is. I am now 7days late and am experiencing exhaustion, breast tenderness and emotional with no cycle in sight. I am having sharp lower abd pain that is very unusual and sporadic as well as lower backache. Is it possible I am pregnant?

Sharp pain in the back , lower abdominal cramps , breast tenderness all are symptoms of pregnancy but in your case not due to pregnancy.
As 15 years passed after tubal ligation and your age is 39 years so all these symptoms may be due to .
1 Perimenopausal syndrome , diagnosis can be confirmed by hormonal examination for estrogen and estradiol .
2 May be due to pregnancy , get in home pregnancy test for confirmation .
3 Pelvic inflammatory disease may be a cause of backache . As UTI is most common cause in this type of cases . Diagnosis can be confirmed by urine examination.
In my opinion get in home pregnancy test . Consult a surgeon and get his opinion regarding old surgical strictures in abdominal pain.
