Pain In Inner Forearm Radiating To Arm Pit. Bruising In The Area. Having Irregular Heart Beat, Lupus. Diagnosis?

i felt a pain by my inner forearm above my elbow a few days ago that quickly spread to my arm pit ; now 4 days later i checked my arm again and noticed 7 bruises that were not there when the pain started or the day after. i have not suffered any trauma to y arm it just came out of no where. i am 37 female been recently diagnosed with lupus recently and also suffer from an irregular heart beat which i take propranolol for .what do you think could be going on ? thanks! I understand your concern, I would like to say you that this is kind of symptoms that might develops in patient having "lupus" but this gets alright without medicine soon just wait for some time and if does not go away then you can have the steroid treatment but before that you can have word with your doctor, have nice day.
