Hi on the 27th of last month I had a pain in my left foot that just felt like a pain of standing on your feet to long.. The next day after coming home from work the pain got so much worse I couldn t put any kind of pressure of the foot.. But only the heel hurt and the bottom middle of my foot... Now today the 8th I m lying akward and my foot is feeling so cold and numb and is starting to hurt again.. What should I do?
Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. Most probably your problem is either plantar faciitis, an inflammation of the fascia of the foot. or plantar fasciosis, means degenerative changes of plantar fascia .
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon, for investigation diagnosis and treatment. You may need to get c.t . scanning for besides other routine tests for diagnosis.
Besides i advise you to follow some diet recommendations as avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, cauliflower, coconut, egg, chicken, fish, and other sea foods as these tend to increase the pain perception.
I wish you a quick recovery and thanks for calling.
