Pain In Left Upper Arm, Heart Palpitations Before Sleeping, Weird Red Vein On Left Arm. Passive Smoker And Addicted To Snuff. Help

Hello,
I feel pain in my left arm and upper arm, and I get heart palpitations before I sleep lately. 2 weeks ago I saw on my left arm a weird red vein.

Things you should know ....
I used to smoke years ago but not anymore.
I work with people who smoke currently
I'm addicted to snuffs (snus) .. tried many times to stop and failed ..
I'm lately worried about my job

You are feeling pain in left arm, palpitation before you sleep lately, had red vein on on left arm. stop smoking, passive smoker, use snuff, worries.
It appears to be the hyper acidity, hypertension, anxiety, anaemia etc.
i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment..
You may need to have E.C.G. besides other routine tests for confirmation.
