Welcome to HCM!
I have read your question carefully and from that it looks that you are slightly
overweight, have PCOS, sweat a lot, pains in legs, ankles, back etc.
from my clinical experince I can say that your weight is the basic reason behind all these symptoms. When there is excess weight after certain age, or may be in young age too, one start getting pain in all joints, muscles, espically the legs and back ( as they bear weight of all the body).
Excessive sweating can be due to weight or anything related to heart. one needs to examine you, blood pressure, ECG. etc., before coming to a conclusion.
You have PCOD as well, which is also related to obesity. You should get your
lipid profile, liver function, kidney function, and sugar levels done. There can be other problems like -
fatty liver, diabetes ect., which come with PCOS and obesity, but are well treatable and help in reducing weight.
Had I been at your place I would see a doctor, get a complete blood examination and
ultrasound abdomen and pelvis done, and then take medicine accordingly. ( you have not mentioned if you already got them done recently or not).
you have always been little over weight even when you used to de strenuous works, this means you need more of workout plus a correct diet. Cutting on diet never helps, you should continue to walk/ jog, and may go for less of
carbohydrate and less of oil in diet.
Taking a glass of warm water with one quarter of lemon in each glass, such 4-5 per day will help you reduce your weight. there are some medicine which help in decreasing the weight but one needs to get some
blood test done before tking them.
You are 50years age now but still can go for weight effective reducing measures and get rid of thee aches and pains. painkillers for such problems are not permanent solution. Taking regular walks helps a lot, I have seen people weighing more than 100 kg shedding weight upto 30-40 kg with it, just be consistent in your efforts.
See a doctor and take help. It will be a worthwhile effort!
Hope the reply is helpful
