Pain In Lower Abdomen, Coughing Blood, Wheezing, Bloating In Stomach. Any Ideas?
I have acid reflux or GERD and lately I have had bad pain in my lower abdomen and now I am coughing up blood and basically it hurts really bad after I eat. Also, I have been wheezing and coughing and my stomach feels like it is going to explode because there is so much bloating down there. The other thing is I have really bad lower Back pain too. Any idea what this could be?

Are you getting blood after coughing or after vomiting. You could be having a hiatus hernia. Firstly one should be sure if its Hemetemesis that is blood in vomiting or Hemoptysis that is blood in cough. You need a Upper Gastro intestinal contrast study and Upper GI Endoscopy.
