Why jump to own conclusions when already being examined by a qualified doctor?
low back pain and pelvic pains cause might show on radiological tests.Trust your doctor,it is never lymphoma.some common chances are pelvic inflammatory disease, spinal problem in lumbar vertbrae etc.and can be relieved with anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics

Dear Tony,
What it seems that ur worried about ur having Lymphoma.
Usually Lymphoma will have symptoms are like
1. Lymphadenopthy (Swelling of lymph nodes: Glands which can usually felt in groin, axilla are swollen)
2. Weight loss (reduction of weight more than 10% of body weight)
3. Loss of appetite
4. Fatigue to the extent that you would not like to do your routine jobs.

As you have not disclosed details about ur blood reports, CT scan & MRI makes it difficult to Opine on what you need to do next. If you can provide me further details, I will be able to guide you fon further course of treatment.
