Pain In Lower Back And Pelvic Area, Itching All Over Body, Weak Legs. What Could Be This?
Hello:
About three months ago, I noticed some pain in my lower back and in the pelvic area...My legs became very weak and lately I have noticed an itching feeling all over my body. The pain in the pelvic area is only slightly better...Ive been to the doctor and has done numerous blood tests and an MRI and CT scan...I am really worries that I might have lymphoma. What is my next step? Help...Tony
Why jump to own conclusions when already being examined by a qualified doctor?
low back pain and pelvic pains cause might show on radiological tests.Trust your doctor,it is never lymphoma.some common chances are pelvic inflammatory disease, spinal problem in lumbar vertbrae etc.and can be relieved with anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics

Dear Tony,
What it seems that ur worried about ur having Lymphoma.
Usually Lymphoma will have symptoms are like
1. Lymphadenopthy (Swelling of lymph nodes: Glands which can usually felt in groin, axilla are swollen)
2. Weight loss (reduction of weight more than 10% of body weight)
3. Loss of appetite
4. Fatigue to the extent that you would not like to do your routine jobs.
As you have not disclosed details about ur blood reports, CT scan & MRI makes it difficult to Opine on what you need to do next. If you can provide me further details, I will be able to guide you fon further course of treatment.
